Course Category Information

A wide range of accredited and approved therapy courses for those looking to further expand their education using our Continuing Education scheme.

To qualify to upgrade (Continuing Education) your current qualification, your qualification cannot be over five years old. Within this timeframe we can, Accredited Prior Learning (APL) or Credit Transfer your qualification. Your current qualification must be a recognised qualification or your course must have met the National Occupational Standard.

All training staff at Brighton Holistics are registered the Federation of Holistics Therapists (FHT) and are registered on the Accredited Voluntary Register (AVR) by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA).

We are extremely proud of our accreditation as Brighton Holistics is a registered college for the  International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC),  Vocational Training Charity Trust (VTCT), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and the Complementary Health Professionals (CHP).

All courses taught at Brighton Holistics are fully Accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and recognised by the Complementary and Natural Health Council (CNHC). Our courses meet the recognised Industry Standards, with all courses following the National Occupational Standard and Core Curriculum.

The course was comprehensive and the course material covered everything I needed in order to achieve the grade. Initially I felt somewhat daunted by the complexity and amount of content. The course is structured in such a way that encourages learning and understanding. I feel I have achieved something and it has motivated me to continue learning. Reflexology Diploma level 3 has been a long journey, especially due to Covid19 pandemic. Despite this, the school has been fantastic in accommodating students\' needs and in facilitating learning during the lockdown. The tutor has been professional and competent. Administration very quick to address issues and provide guidance. It is a really professional course and at the end I do feel confident to treat people and help them to enhance their wellbeing.

I have a medical background - I was curious about the course of Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Oncology in a way of thinking ?''what does this treatment do'' , however after taking the course and had done ''Case Study'' for 2 patients - the result after completing these treatment for them were compelling -They recovered from their symptomatic condition - and they are waiting for me to get my diploma so that they can come back to have a regular Manual Lymphatic Drainage treatment. I had booked for them for next session in 2 weeks time - I would have no hesitation to recommend this course to anyone who are interested in taking the role as Oncology/MLD's practitioner. Its rewarding - because you are supporting patient to have their ''Quality Of Life ''back.

BrigitaOncology & Manual Lymphatic Drainage
I have done many courses through BH, the most recent being Reflexology level 3 diploma. The tutorial days are always fun, we have a laugh, which puts people at ease right away! My course was very intensive and you need a lot of motivation to get through it but the fact that the tutorial days were on weekends, suited me, I couldn't have done it otherwise. The team at BH are all very friendly and welcoming and give lots of support. They always reply to emails as quickly as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them if you are thinking of taking a holistic therapy course. I am currently working towards my Indian Head Massage diploma……. who knows where it will end, I keep coming back for more!

I had the best time during my Level 4 Sports Massage course! The learning was effective and you could have a laugh during the day, nothing was too serious. If you had any problems during the day Jennie would be happy to explain it in more detail and also show you so that you could visualise it. Any issues I had while I was working at home I would email over and Jon would get right back to me with the answer I was looking for. I can't wait to go back for my Level 5 course!

I have really enjoyed this course and look forward to being able to perform this treatment. I intend to return to Brighton holistics next year to attend the lymphatic drainage course. I've been really impressed from start to finish with Brighton Holistics and for me the learning portal has been a fantastic way of submitting the assignments and keeping track of which assignments I need to complete. Far superior to any other CDP provider I have come across to date. Jon was a fantastic tutor, exceptionally knowledgeable yet completely approachable.

The Reiki 1st Degree course was so worthwhile and enjoyable. It was great to meet like-minded, gentle and kind participants and Jon was a great tutor, open-hearted, warm and funny. I felt at my ease within a short space of time and it was a comfortable environment in which to share personal stories that have affected our lives so far and started us on our Reiki journey. As well as being given lots and lots of useful information, both theoretical and practical, the small class meant there was a lot of time for discussion and for us to have individual attunements, which were wonderful. It is difficult to build up trust and safety with strangers in just two days but Jon achieved it. I really appreciated having access to this lovely healing and peaceful space and meeting such beautiful people. Looking forward to coming back!

I really enjoyed Hot stones course massage, it was an amazing experience. I love working with basalt hot stones as they have powerful healing properties and lots of other great benefits. I also enjoyed a study day in Brighton with John and all other students and models, it was a great day.
