Confirmation Received but not yet Completed. Why?

If you placed your order online and paid via PayPal or Bank Transfer, you should receive an automated email response confirming this fact. However, this does NOT confirm that a booking has been finalised and completed. We require 3 working days to process our orders, check availability and also suitability as sometimes restrictions do apply.  So just to help clarify and subject to terms and conditions:

As each order is processed manually, completion time can vary but should certainly be received within 3 workings days of receiving your confirmation email
