I've called Brighton Holistics a few times but keep getting your answer machine?

I don’t have a receptionist so during busy times I may not be able to come to the phone. If you leave a message I will always call you back, please make sure you leave your number though.

How do I get in at Brighton Holistics?

On arrival press the intercom and I will buzz you into the building.

Can I change my appointment?

You can change or cancel your appointment by contacting us by phone or e-mail with at least 24 hours notice. Please remember that if you cancel or change with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for the original appointment.

When should I turn up for my appointment?

Ideally no earlier than 5-10 minutes before your appointment. Your treatment time includes consultation so turning up a few minutes early is recommended.

Where can I park?

There is parking available directly outside Brighton Holistics, or if that looks busy you can park at the top of the hill in the free car park. Please be respectful of the neighbours, and do not block their driveways or park directly outside their property.

What is the therapists preferred payment method?

On the day of your appointment the preferred payment method is cash directly to your therapist, VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, ELECTRON, MISTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS can be taken via PayPal. You can also pay for your treatment before you arrive through the website.
